Bio:
I was born in a town next to the famous gyoza dumpling city, Utsunomiya, in Japan. My education was entirely spent on studying business management and history of business and economy in Meiji University, receiving a bachelor's degree in 2007 , a master's degree in 2009, and a PhD in 2016. During this period of study, I spent a year in Toronto, Canada in 2004 and in Boston, U.S.A. in 2010. I am a moderate foodie, seeking out good local food wherever I go.
